CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE OR LATE POLICY

When you book an appointment that time is specifically reserved for you. Last minute cancellations or changes can greatly affect our business & our Stylists as they are hard to fill and result in a loss of income, as well as a wasted time slot on our schedule where another client could have been booked. Please be conscious of this when securing your appointment time.

  • More than 72 hours: if you cancel or change your appointment more than 72 hours in advance, you will be rescheduled at no charge.

  • 48 - 72 hours: if you cancel or change your appointment between 48 - 72 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 25% of the scheduled service.

  • 24 - 48 hours: If you cancel or change your appointment 24 - 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Less than 24 hours: no show's and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the Service. 

  • You are considered a “no show” if you are not at your appointment within 30 minutes of your scheduled time. 

  • Cancellations or changes with Briana will need to be at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment.

    • More than 7 days: if you cancel or change your appointment more than 7 days in advance, you will be rescheduled at no charge.

    • 24 - 72 hours: if you cancel or change your appointment 24 - 72 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

    • Less than 24 hours: no show's and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the Service. 

  • Appointments that are booked within the 72-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 8 days in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to these messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. Contact settings are controlled by the client and are not controlled by Green + Anchor Salon. 

  • Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service even if there is not enough time to render them.

RETAINERS

All new Hair Extension clients will require a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER retainer to secure an appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total amount on your appointment day. It is transferable if your appointment is rescheduled within the allotted time, but not refundable.

Retainer Amounts:

New Clients who need hair: 50% Retainer Required  

New Clients who currently have hair: 50% estimated appointment cost 

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Services: we want all of our guests to love their hair. If there is anything you aren’t happy with, please let us know within a week of your scheduled appointment and we will do everything we can to make it right. 

*This policy applies to all services agreed to by stylist and client prior to execution of services required to achieve a desired result. Modifying results beyond the initial scope of services may result in additional charges.

 

Products: If a product’s packaging is defective in any way, please let us know immediately and we will happily swap it out for a new item. If you are unsatisfied with any styling or care product, please let us know within 2 weeks of purchase and we will happily exchange it for a different product. All sales on hair accessories and lifestyle products are final. No refunds.

 

PROGRAMS & PROMOS

Referral Program: 

Color Clients: Current/Past Clients of the Salon who refer a New Color Package Client to the Salon will receive One (1) Standard Size Hair Care or Styling Product at their next visit. OWAY, O&M and Innersense products only - excludes Styling Tools, Shower Filters & Lifestyle Products.

 

Extension Clients: Current/Past Clients of the Salon who refer a New Hair Extension Client to the Salon will receive $100.00 Off of their next Salon Appointment!

 

Refill Program: 

Bring in your empty OWAY Shampoo bottles, O&M Shampoo or Conditioner bottles, and Innersense Shampoo or Conditioner bottles to be refilled and receive 15% OFF of the retail price! Save the earth one bottle at a time.

 

EXTENSIONS

Washing your hair: 

- Use sulfate-free shampoo + conditioner to prolong hair color and the quality of the extensions

- Shampoo gently between the rows, no need for vigorous scrubbing

- Use a deep conditioning treatment once per week

- Use leave-in condition + oil combo after showering and before brushing out your hair with a Wet Brush

 

Brushing your hair:

- Brush out extensions with Wet Brush before showering to help prevent tangling and matting - Especially wavy & curly hair.

- When brushing your hair, start from your ends and work your way up. With one hand, hold your hair in a pony tail and brush with downward strokes.

- Make sure to separate each row, brush from the bottom and work your way up to the top of the row - it is very important to check each row after drying to ensure you have brushed effectively to avoid matting.

- Never scrape the brush against the top of the extensions, lightly graze the surface of the hair when brushing close to the top of the row (nearest your scalp)

 

Drying & Styling:

- Use good a heat protectant product before heat styling

- Rough-dry your hair until hair is 90% dry (meaning no tugging at the extensions - using fingers, no brush of any kind).  If you get blow outs, make sure they follow the same rules

- Use a Wet Brush to dry hair starting at the top of the weft and working your way down - pushing the water down and out
