Morgan's Hair Extension Story!

“My natural hair is very fine and I never had a ton of it - not to mention I was born with a higher hairline that always made me self-conscious. I believed if I had better hair, I would feel more confident and feminine. I was reluctant to try hair extensions due to the damage certain methods seemed to cause, but I went ahead and tried Keratip Extensions at the recommendation of a friend at the age of 18. I didn't stick with them for very long just to do the maintenance (sitting for 8+ hours in a chair, plus cost since I was a college student).

Fast forward 12 years later, I had gotten engaged and wanted to try extensions again for my wedding. A friend recommended NBR and after showing me some before & after photos on IG, I was intrigued and made an appointment the next week. It's now been almost 3 years since I started with hand-tied extensions and I don't plan on going back any time soon.

I LOVE not just hair extensions, but the hand-tied methods specifically. Not only do I feel more confident, but I love knowing that no one can ever tell I am wearing extensions. I often hear "you have such beautiful hair" and I am always so excited to share my secret and to "show my rows" and people are shocked at the seamlessness of them.

I only wash my hair once per week, but wash the top between washes. So, they are incredibly low maintenance on a day-to-day basis. This is especially helpful now that I am a first-time mom and don't have a ton of time.

I have wavy hair, and my extension hair is also wavy...this has been a massive game changer since I prefer to let my hair air dry. My extension hair essentially dries in the same texture as my own and so I apply very little to no heat. This has allowed my natural hair to grow like a weed with ZERO damage or hair loss! Every time I sit in Bri's chair, I am always shocked by the amount of length my natural hair has grown - it has never been as long as it is now.”
